"The Implications of Misguided Leaders" Many times, in our sincere zeal and love for God - we move in premature communication-exchanges (prophetically
and in discipleship) with the people we minister to; not necessarily out of poor judgment or carelessness -perhaps more often
because of a pure-hearted but misguided love for God's people, that is NOT according to His wisdom!
Prophetically, we create an epidemic that breeds big-babies - who are both spiritually
impotent and handicapped as believers - and, who are pigeon-holed by a word spoken "out of season".
You might ask - Is this wrong?
Well, it's not a matter of being wrong or right - it's a matter of wisdom
and judgment!
The implication of Hebrews chapter 5, concerning the greater weight of responsibility
and the stricter judgment (for spiritual leaders) concerning God's expectation for their interaction and fellowship
with His people means that WE MUST BE TOTALLY DEPENDENT UPON THE HOLY SPIRIT, and get out of all of our philosophical-intellectual
rhetoric!
Concerning discipleship, leadership in the Body of Christ has often done more
damage by force-feeding spiritual desserts and junk food to the people, but the real equipping for reaching and touching people's
lives at every age and stage - is left undone.
Is this a matter of impure intention or vain ambition? Not
all the time...but it is more a matter of staying grounded in the mission God has given to all spiritual leaders - KNOWING
NOTHING EXCEPT JESUS CHRIST AND HIM CRUCIFIED!
True biblical discipleship comes
with a great cost, and the insight that the Holy Spirit grants to us to effectively lead God's people,
is the assistance we need to help us in the holistic development of believers in Christ, as He is FORMED in them!
That individual work of the Holy Spirit is so personal and intimate - that our focus CANNOT and SHOULD NOT be
on living their lives for them, or carrying them in the spirit as we should do with "spiritual
babies", which really ends once their prayer life and basic knowledge of the word is established .
But, our focus, especially as pastors - must be on speaking "prudent words", which are tasteful and timely
(fitly spoken) as the Spirit of God leads us!

"By the Force of Faith" "The collision of the prophetic word for your life, and the apex
of God's preparation (place of intense struggle) is one of the most delicate seasons of our Christian experience and
journey - while walking with the Lord.
The prophetic word demands pressing in to God in a greater
way with no dependence upon our flesh, intellectual ability or physical strength to fulfill the Word of the Lord!
The apex of God's preparation (place of intense struggle) demands relinquishing the life of your hopes
and dreams into His hands, while recognizing that the weight of the ministry burden - in the process of making you a vessel
of honor, is completely up to Him!
If we don't properly go through this delicate season - we will produce a
tainted vision that will not harvest the accumulation of our sanctified experiences and preparation as a strategic tool for
maximum impact on those we're called to reach for the Kingdom of God!
DON'T GIVE
UP NOW!"
